Frequently Asked Questions:

Q. When is my timesheet due?

A.   - Timesheets are due on Mondays by 12:00 pm. If we do not have your timesheet on time this will result in the delay of your check. You must call on Monday’s to verify we have your time sheet.

Q. When do I get paid?

A.   - Checks are issued every Thursday between 11-1.

Q. Who do I call if I am going to miss work or be late?

A.   - You must call MetroPlex Staffing directly. If we do not answer you must leave a detailed message. (817) 590-0136. Do not call the property!

Q. What do I do if MetroPlex Staffing is unavailable?

A.   - Leave a detailed message with a call back number and name on voicemail/answering service. All non-emergency calls will be returned during regular business hours. (Calling in available is NOT considered an emergency.)

Q. I need to leave early what should I do?

A.   - You must call and get approval from one of our MetroPlex agents first. Failure to do so may result in your pay being dropped
